White Wine by Canyon Road from California. This Chardonnay displays a pale golden color and classic aromas of melon, butterscotch and honey. On the palate, tropical fruit flavors are complemented by ripe melon and a soft, creamy texture. The balanced acidity is showcased by flavors of stone fruit and tart green apple. This wine is a natural complement to many foods, especially main dishes like chicken or fish prepared with light sauces featuring lemon, cream or fresh herbs.

White Wine by La Vieille Ferme from Rhone, France - Rhone. From the hillside vineyard in the ancient Cotes du Luberon, where the mistral cools the long Proven\\xE7al summers, La Vieille Ferme white originates, a fruity, crisp, dry wine made from Rhone varietals: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Ugni Blanc. The enhance complexity and roundness, 15% of the Grenache Blanc is fermented in small, new Limousin oak barrels. The wine has a lovely floral bouquet, hinting of spice, with fresh, lemony fruit.

White Wine by Redbank from Australia. Exceptional value in Chardonnay. The Long Paddock Chardonnay 2004 displays a complex aroma of peach and melon with some citrus notes. The balanced and mouthfilling palate is driven by fresh fruits and given layers of complexity from the oak and malolactic, finishing with toast and creaminess. This wine can be enjoyed with many foods, such as fresh seafood or creamy risotto.

White Wine by Pacific Rim from Washington. The wine is crisp, dry and lush with flavors of citrus, jasmine and minerals. This Dry Riesling is a superb accompaniment to a wide variety of seafood, cheeses and cold meats. A blend of 20% German Riesling wine, selected by our dear friend Johannes Selbach in the famous Mosel region, and 80% of our Washington state Riesling. The German Riesling lends great depth and acidity as well as low alcohol. No oak and no malolactic on this wine - it's as pure and unmanipulated as it gets.
