Red Wine by Justin from Central Coast, California. Justin 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is jet black with a light red rim. Aromas of black cherry, plum and an assortment of spice, vanilla and toasty oak are prevalent on the nose. A soft, fruit forward entry evolves into a lush, opulent mouth feel filled with black fruit, earth and spicy characters. Hints of caramel and cedar combine with a soft, velvet texture on the finish.

Red Wine by Wild Horse from Central Coast, California. Blend: 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec, 2%Blaufrankisch, 1% Syrah Distinctive for its bold, fruit-forward character, Wild Horse 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from well-established vineyards sites in Paso Robles. Individual vineyard lots were aged separately, and then blended to create this well balanced wine. Malbec, the largest blender, enhanced the anise spice while adding richness to the mid-palate. The Blaufrankisch, an Austrian varietal from Wild Horse Estate Vineyard adds a soft roundness to the palate while adding bright fruit flavors of cherry and raspberry. Syrah, the final blender, was added to smooth out aggressive tannins on the finish while enhancing the fresh fruit characteristics. The result of this blending alchemy is a well structured Cabernet with rich aromas and flavors of blackberry, cocoa and clove, coupled with a rich mouth feel yielding smooth tannins. The vibrant acidity found in this wine makes a perfect match for a wide range of foods, including prime rib, rack of lamb, and aged cheeses.

Red Wine by Estancia from Central Coast, California. In 1999, Estancia planted nearly 700 acres along the Estrella River benchland in Paso Robles, nearly 400 acres of which is Cabernet Sauvignon. This emerging region is ideal for producing grapes that result in complex and delicious Cabernet Sauvignon displaying intense black currant and dark cherry fruit flavors followed by a long, rich finish.
